17:48

I remembered that aiming for times works for me. Yesterday I somehow stayed three hours after work without knowing how. Today I aimed for running at 17:30, then 17:45. Now it's 17:49 and I'm writing but the point is to aim for the time.
My favorite thing about being paranoid about privacy is discovering obvious things that are easy to miss. Like siloing certain behaviors into different browsers makes it easier to keep track of agendas and also have multiple instances of accounts running, like if you have two e-mail addresses on a service. Also that disabling the vehicle's BlueTooth when it isn't being used makes it easier to keep it from automatically connecting and being stupid. the end
