i was trying to think of ways to be more fiscally responsible, but my mom has all my money, and i realized i can't, and i plunged into a feeling of helpless despair
but it occurs to me now that i will get financial aid money i never need to tell her about, and i can try to use that intelligently.

this is a good idea for me
