Clarified to the other manager that it isn't just about doctors' appointments, but I just don't want a new employee to get priority over me for scheduling and that I always feel like I'm about to get fired when I'm working with the main manager because he always seems like he's about to go off, which is an attribute the other guy agreed on. He did an impression of the manager which I turned into an impression of Van Driesen from Beavis and Butt-Head.
Anyway glad I mentioned it, think it helps to clarify it's not just a scheduling issue, and I like being honest.
